1. Services

The Plane Prince Travel provides specialized travel planning and concierge services. These include:

• Points Strategy & Arbitrage: Advising on and assisting with the redemption of credit card points and airline miles for award travel.
• VIP Booking: Securing hotels, cruises, and tours through partner channels to provide value-added benefits.
• Itinerary Design: Full-service coordination of logistics, transfers, and activities.

I act as an independent travel advisor. I do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. All travel services are ultimately provided by third parties that have their own terms and conditions.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to this site.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date, including names, contact details, traveler information, passport details and payment information shared with travel suppliers.

4. Planning fees and payments

Planning fees for travel services are communicated clearly before work begins. These fees cover time, expertise and concierge support, and are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Award booking conditions

Live Inventory Rule: Award availability changes by the second. You understand that inventory is dynamic and agree to act promptly when presented with booking options. The Plane Prince Travel is not liable if seats vanish between the time of presentation and the time of booking.

Irreversible Points Transfers: You understand that points transfers from credit card programs to airline or hotel loyalty programs are irreversible. Once points leave your bank or credit card account, they cannot be returned. If a seat is lost during the transfer process, The Plane Prince Travel will assist in finding an alternate route using those specific miles, but the points will remain with that airline or hotel program.

6. Third party suppliers

Travel arrangements are made with third party suppliers that are not controlled by The Plane Prince Travel. I am not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers.

7. Travel requirements and risks

You are responsible for meeting all entry, visa, health, vaccination and documentation requirements for your trip. Travel involves inherent risks, and conditions can change quickly. By choosing to travel, you accept and assume these risks.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Plane Prince Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, layout, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to The Plane Prince Travel and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. No professional advice

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, tax or medical advice.
