Planning Fees

Our bespoke travel planning fees reflect the level of service, access, and personalization we offer. Each journey is crafted with concierge-level car — from tailored research and elite hotel sourcing to reservations, flights, and on-trip support.

Trip Design Fee (Up to 7 Days | 1-4 Travelers)

  • Starts at $750 per itinerary

  • Includes full-service planning, 2 rounds of revisions, and in-destination support

Extended or Complex Journeys (8+ Days or 5+ Travelers)

  • Starts at $1000, quoted after consultation

  • Ideal for multi-stop itineraries, international trips, or high-touch family/group travel

Last-Minute Planning (Departing within 30 days)

  • Additional $350 rush fee may apply

  • Ensures prioritized attention and expedited turnaround

Hotel or Air Booking Only

  • From $150 if research and sourcing are requested

  • Complimentary when booking a specific property via our preferred partners

All planning fees are non-refundable and reflect out time, expertise, and access. Hotel bookings through our agency may include VIP amenities and upgrades through programs like Virtuoso, Impresario, and others.
